My life path, educational track, and personal healing journey over the last two decades have perfectly prepared me for the primary service that I now passionately offer - Law of Attraction Life Coaching for single and pregnant moms, young adults (17-25 yrs), holistic health practitioners and aspiring singers in moving clearly and confidently toward deliberately creating their ideal lives, birthing experiences and thriving careers.  My adult life up to now has been laden with soul-evolving, character-building, consciousness-raising experiences through my years of single-parenting three confident and capable daughters from home birth to young adulthood while continually pursuing my holistic healthcare practice and singing careers.  I have been fortunate to have studied with the master teachers and founders of Reflexology, Energy Healing sciences (Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shamanic Healing, TranceDance), Transformational Breath and Law of Attraction Life Coaching since 1993. I've co-founded Aroma Persona custom-blended essential oils and creator of HeartChant™ -a customized sound therapy meditation tool used for healing, balance and inspiration. Having joyfully developed and successfully delivered numerous educational wellness programs in both the corporate and private sectors, I discovered my personal mission: to teach and coach others in the ways of conscious living and deliberate creation. 

Law of Attraction Life Coaching is conducted through private calls and group teleseminars. Individual coaching is mutually explored with an initial no-cost strategy session. Private Reflexology and Breath/Energy Healing services are offered in Norwalk and available by appointment.
